One of the most common problems when using Stremio is that various addons block VPNs from working. This is usually evident when you install a Stremio Addon but it isn’t showing up in the list when your links load for a movie or TV show.
If you notice Stremio addons not working properly, we suggest temporarily disabling your VPN to see if that’s the problem.
If you don’t want to follow our advice in the video above and use the TorBox Addon to get around VPN blocks, you can also use these videos for the top 2 recommended VPN services.
When your movie or TV show doesn’t play it could also be that the Stremio addon that you’re using is down.
You must remember that most Stremio addons are free so there’s no motivation for these developers to keep them up and running when traffic spikes.
