First, log in to your Amazon account on the device you’re giving as a gift.
Use your own credentials when doing this. The device will be disabled when setup is complete, so the new owner can reactivate it using their own credentials.

After installing the free TROYPOINT app, use it to download the best free streaming apps and tools to your new device. You’ll also need to use the secret code for additional free apps that you’ll find in the free guide(s).
Once you have downloaded your Fire TV Stick/Cube, it’s time to deregister the device.
This will remove your Amazon credentials from your Fire TV device.
When the device is turned on, the new owner will be prompted to sign in with their Amazon account credentials. After signing in, all the apps you’ve configured will be ready to use on the device.
The only thing a new user might need to do is rearrange the shortcuts to their liking.

Click on Account and Profile Settings.
