This guide shows how to install the Twisted Addon on any Kodi device.

Twisted is a well-known add-on that was recently updated and is working again! This can be installed from the Twisted Nutz Repo that provides other add-ons and builds.

This add-on does not require a paid debrid service such as Premiumize to view content. But keep in mind that non-debrid options can buffer more and offer less quality streaming links.

While Twisted does have limited content options compared to other quality add-ons, there are still thousands of movies users can access for free.

In this tutorial we are using an Amazon Firestick but these instructions will also work for any Kodi device including Android TV/Google TV, PC, Linux, phone, tablet, and more.

Prior to using Twisted, you must first install the Kodi application on your Firestick or Android device.

How to Install Twisted Kodi Addon

• Launch Kodi
• Click the settings icon  

• Hover over Add-ons menu item and turn on Unknown sources if not already on

• Click back on remote to go back to the System page
• Select File Manager

• Type the following URL exactly how it is listed here – http://twistednuts.co.uk/repo and click OK

• Use “repo” or any other name you would like to identify this source as and click OK

• Click the back button on your remote until you are on the System screen. Then click Add-ons

• Click Install from zip file

• Select “repo” or whatever you named the media source in the previous step

• Click the zip file URL – repository.twistednutz.zip

• Wait for the “Twisted Nutz Repo Add-on installed” message to appear

• Next click Install from repository

• Scroll down and select Video add-ons

• Wait a minute or two for the add-on to fully install

• Then go back to the Home screen of Kodi and select Add-ons, then choose Twisted

• You have successfully installed the Twisted add-on

As you may notice after installing, the Twisted add-on only has a few categories to choose from. This includes Movies, TV Shows, Live TV, Sports, Documentaries, Music, and more.

While this is a non-debrid option, After testing we could not find a way to integrate debrid services at all.

Is Twisted Addon Legal?
